Project Selection Tree

Web Pages Tab
This is a screen that you will visit regularly. From this screen you can have one-click access to adding and deleting pages, designing your pages in the built-in WYSIWYG editor, editing the source code if you should want to, and checking on how search-engine-friendly your pages are.

Info Tab
The Info Tab is the place where you enter a variety of important information relating to the page you are working on. For example you can specify which navigation menus you want that page to appear on, whether this page should appear on the site map, whether this page should be published or not, what keywords relate to this page and also a description of the page that will be used by the site map and some search engines.

Google AdSense Settings
With XSitePro you can insert Google AdSense ads into your pages with just two mouse-clicks. The software also lets you customize the appearence of your ads to suit your exact requirements. No other software gives you such amazing flexibility when it comes to inserting AdSense advertising. Before you include an ad in your pages you can see exactly what it is go to look like first, you can change the border color, the background color, the title color, you can allow or disallow image ads, you can change the AdSense account that is being used, and lots more besides.

Multi-Page Creation Wizard
The Multi-Page Creation Wizard or MPC Wizard for short is an amazingly fast and efficient way of creating a search engine friendly infrastructure for your site. For example, if you have 300 keywords and keyword phrases for a project all you need to do is add those words and phrases into the MPC Wizard, add the meta data and any generic content you want to include, click the Create button and within seconds all of the pages will be created for you.

The Other Tab
The Other Tab started life as a catch all for several features of the software that were not easy to include elsewhere. Since then it has become the place where you can get one-click access to many of the most powerful features of XSitePro such as the Import Pages Wizard, the Google Site Map creation tool, the Breadcrumb Trail settings, and plenty more besides.

Links Page
The Links page window lets you quickly add and edit outbound links to other sites. For each external link you can include a title, a url and a description. You can also specify what you want your links page to be called and whether it appears on any of your navigation menus.

Google Site Map Settings
The Google Sitemap Settings box is where you enter the relevent information for creating your Google Sitemap page. You only need to set this up once and then XSitePro will automatically create a correctly formatted Google Sitemap whenever you add, edit or delete pages.

Pop-Up Creator
The Pop-Up creation window lets you specify what kind of pop-up you want (e.g. pop-up, pop-under or pop-over), what you want the pop-up to look like, when you want the pop-up to appear and when you want the pop-up to stop appearing. For example, you could specify that you only want the pop-up to appear when someone visits the order form and you want it to never appear again ones they have visited the thank-you page.

Publishing Details
XSitePro makes publishing to the Internet quick and easy. Simply set up your hosting information on the Publishing Details tab just once and then publish at the click of a button whenever you like. The software uses its in-built knowledge system to know which pages you have published and which graphics and other files you have uploaded, which means then when you click the Publish button only the files that have changed will be published. This saves a lot of time uploading information that has already been uploaded in the past.

Extra Publishing Details
This screen lets you store all of the information relating to the web hosting you are using for a site. It includes everything from the url for the web space administration page (if your host has one), nameserver details, smtp and pop server details, etc. It means you always have at hand the information you need without having to search for old e-mails from when you signed up for the hosting space.

Right Click Context Sensitive Menu in Designer
Like other professional applications XSitePro makes extensive use of context sensitive right-click menus. This means that whenever you click the right mouse button you will be presented with a list of menu options that are appropriate for what you are currently working on. This screenshot shows you the kind of right-click functionality that is available whilst in the Designer section of XSitePro. This professional context sensitive menu system means that you are usually only one mouse click away from carrying out any appropriate action.

Search Engine Analysis
XSitePro helps you to create search engine friendly pages quickly and easily. Just click on the SEO tab for any page and you can instantly view how well optimized the page you are working on is. You can quickly see how many words have been used in each of the key elements (e.g. Words, Frequency, Density), you can see the overall size of the page, the size and number of images used, and you can view a list of easy to follow suggestions as to how you can improve the search engine friendliness of the page you are currently working on.

AdSense Setup
If you are a fan of Google AdSense you will love the ease at which you can insert AdSense ads into your pages and your site in general. Simply enter your AdSense account information into the AdSense Account Setup window and you can then insert AdSense ads finetuned to your specific requirements whenever you like. And if you have more than one AdSense account don't worry as XSitePro can handle an infinite number of AdSense accounts with ease. XSitePro handles Channels and third-party AdSense monitoring scripts.
