I tried but all my log in information does not work. Even my Complete Guide to Website Building log in password does not work. I tried the Forgot Password button but all the email they send to me to reset my password with links but all the links do not work. I requested 3 times. Something looks very funny to me.

By the way I really like XSite Pro but it's this course that is my problem.
Thank you,
Les

Is it possible that your "Complete Guide to Website Building Course" has expired? I think it was a 6 month or 12 month subscription. You wouldn't be able to get a refund if it was after the expiry date.

I have a 1 year subscription which I got on Oct 2010. So it should still work.

Hi Les,

I had the same problem a few months ago and I did send in a ticket and the problem was solved within 24 hours, I received another password. Why I could not login anymore was unknown. The problem did not happen anymore. I did receive an answer from Ben.
