I have heard some people on here rave about Article Submitter Pro, and others say just submit to the top few directories and that you don't need the software. I bought it, haven't submitted with it yet, I have just been going through the first twenty or so sites to register with them first. It seems like a major pain to get it set up because when I get to these sites and click on most popular articles and see "4" views, I'm think, "That's the MOST popular article?" And no doubt one view is from the writer and at least one of the others is from his mother.
So does it get any better when I get further into the alphabet, or should I get the cash back and spend'er elsewhere? One other thing I noticed is someone on here ranked what they considered the top seven article sites, and five of those aren't listed in AS Pro.
Maybe I should try to add a poll to this.
Hey All,
Re: article submitter pro...
I bought it.
I kept it.
I use it, now and then.
It's far from perfect.
But, as a digital seller myself,
I am reluctant to return digital products
unless they really suck, or they have been misrepresented.
The effectiveness of article submission
has diminished a tad in 2005,
mostly as a result of
#1. automated tools making spamming easier
#2. the sellers of said automated tools
making general awareness of the technique higher
#3. a bunch of folks jump on the bandwagon
Those are my personal thoughts only,
others experience can and will vary.

PS.... I notice that press release spamming,
which I thought would really catch on,
has NOT exploded. Can't quite figure out why,
as PR is still working like a hot damn....
PSS.... in direct answer to the question,
Yes, article submitter pro is, in my opinion, worth the hassel
but only if you can write good articles
that folks want to read... to republish, and to link to.
