I downloaded XsitePro a week ago, Nov. 3, and already I have a site up and running.
At first I thought it was a little difficult to use. But sometimes I'm impatient.
So I hunkered down, did most of the tutorial, got impatient again and started my first site. Then the intuition began to kick in. With occassional looks at the help files and some hints from kindly contributors to this message board, I built my first site with XSP. In fact I had only built one site before with a different and somewhat outdated program.
Now I'm sold. I love this software. Because of it's versatility I still have a lot to learn, but I'm confident that will come quickly.
The site is still in the early stages, and much more has to be done but there's enough here to let people have a peek. Beware, the video section is laden with five clips and is slow loading, but it's there.

By the way, I'm 72 years old, hardly a computer whiz.

It's sounds like you're doing great Ed, and it's wonderful to know that XSitePro can be used by any age group. Lots of people think all this techie stuff is beyond them once they reach a certain age, but that's obviously not the case. But shame on you for not doing the whole of the tutorial Ed ;)

Thank you Paul.
And I promise to finish the tutorial.
By the way, I used your excellent Xheader program for my banner, as you probably surmised.

My Dad is 72 and I taught him how to use Xsite too.
He is in a nursing home! He is the only guy in there with a laptop and a wireless connection, go Dad.
Here is his site and he has a blog I created for him too!
