XSitePro Website Design Software Message Board

Hello,

I have a question about siloing which is whether it's okay or not to have two pages in different silos with the same file name.

For example, if I have a dog site with a silo for each dog breed, is it okay to have:

dogs.com/poodle/care.html
and
dogs.com/labrador/care.html

I would think it is OK as the two files live in different directories.

Hey Jason,

I forgot to mention in my initial post that it seems to cause trouble when linking to these pages. When I link to dogs.com/poodle/care.html and preview my website it will send me to dogs.com/labrador/care.html

In XSitePro I noticed that the links going to both of the dog care pages have the same URL in the link properties which is: file:///C:/Users/Brandon/Documents/XSitePro-Data/Database/Data/1/care.html

Will this be resolved when the website is published? Or is the only solution to change the name of the page? Any help as to what's wrong would be great.
