When XSP loads I get this: Access to the Path C:\Documents and Settings\Owner\My Documents\XSitePro-Data\RightClicks.txt' is denied, followed by a long script that i tried to copy but wouldn't let me.

I am able to get to the project selection tree page. When I click on a project, the toolbar to edit and make changes does not appear. I can't get passed this page.

Any help is greatly appreciated,

Mike Merisko

Hi Mike,

There may be one or more XSitePro application file that has become scrambled.
Please do a backup, un-install XSitePro and re-install from here:
http://www.xsitepro.com/download_xsp.html

.. and then re-install the template resources from here:
http://www.xsitepro.com/download-xsitep ... urces.html

You can find all the XSitePro downloads here:
http://intellimon.helpserve.com/Knowled ... t/Index/25

Also, if you are running Windows 7, Please Right click on the installation file and select 'Run As Administrator'
This is a new Windows 7 security feature.

If I can be of any further help, do let me know.
Ben

I tried your recommendation Ben and I still get the same "access denied" script.
Is it possible I've been hacked. I have noticed my traffic to this site has dropped 50-60 percent. Thanks for your help.

I am having the same problem. Did you find a solution or can anyone else help? I have re-installed xsp but problem remains. I submitted a ticket to Help desk but so far no response. Getting very frustrated.

Hi Mike,

do you have a file called RightClicks.txt

if so can you post the contents here?

Jason

PS - Have you tried exporting and importing the site?
