In the past when using Aweber I would create a 'list name', then within that list I would create individual forms depending upon the number of traffic sources I was tracking, etc. With form wizard all we do is enter the list name, so is it safe to assume that essentially it's 'one form' per list if we want to track the source as in capture pages, or do we enter Google analytics or hypertracker html code into the source page for tracking? What do most of the users employ to track the source of traffic? Am I over-complicating this? Thanks.

Yes, that would be true if you are using the Forms Wizard in XSitePro. However, you can also create a simple form in Aweber, paste the HTML or JavaScript code that Aweber gives you into XSitePro and design your own form in XSitePro. Or you can use one of Aweber's designs and paste the HTML or JavaScript for that into XSitePro. These two options allow you to add an Ad Tracking code to your form in Aweber.

I tried pasting an aweber form into the source page but when I previewed it the second time it was "messed' up ( the data entry boxes were not aligned, the header data had lost its formatting), so I tried a second time with the same results...first preview looked good, the second preview was a mess.

Try wrapping the Aweber code in these tags:
Code:
<nodesigner>AWEBER CODE GOES HERE</nodesigner>
This will prevent XSitePro from messing with Aweber's code. You won't see the form in XSitePro until you Preview or Publish the page; you'll just see the <nodesigner> tags when you look at the Design view in XSitePro.
