If you require drag and drop website building then you might want to give
Xara Web Designer a try. Xara has been around for a while and is probably best known for their image editing/management software. I played with Xara Web Designer a couple of versions ago and was impressed with the drag and drop simplicity. I was not impressed with it's limitations. If I wanted something beyond what the graphical user interface offered, I was SOL.
XSite Pro is a very good tool for building websites. If you know know HTML and CSS coding and how to use JavaScript and PHP, it is a great tool. I have found it to be very extensible. (I am tired of dealing with the quirky code generated by the Design editor (Pinedit). )
Tables still work fine. I do look forward to a CSS based XSite Pro which keeps the good tables tools. There is no reason that XSite Pro's various Wizards and Widgets can't be added to a kickass CSS system.
