XSitePro Website Design Software Message Board

Looking for someone to either find or write a program for our website. We need for the contractor to log in using his name password, get task information that pertains to him/her including a picture if needed. Also be able to print the information.
We have several contractors that work for us and it is easier to post the information on our website one time and let the contractor log in to get the information. There will need to be boxes that will have permit numbers address name etc.
I have seen several online software that you can pay per month that offer this but I will not use anything that is not on our own website.
We may have 75 projects going at the same time and being able to make updates in the field will help. We also use the Ipad, we do not need a special app for the Ipad but it would be nice, we can just use the net to get to it.
Right now I am using a password redirect to a hidding page. it works but not what I want to continue to use.

That would more then likely work, but I dont think I can load it on my website.

I am a control freak and only want something that belongs to me that I have full controll over.
I know sounds strange but if for some reason something goes wrong on there end I am just out.

Here is something that may work, http://www.findcontractor.org/software-for-contractors/ now I know nothing about setting any of this up, it says something about mysql and changing the db file.
That is something I do not know and something I really do not want to know. If someone would like to take a look at it and set it up and if it will do what I need it to do I have no problem paying someone to help me set it up on my website.

My website is not one you purchase things on and was easy enough for me to build it using xsite, anything out of that I do not mess with.
I have been told by several on here how much better it could be, there is no doult it could be alot nicer, however it has served its purpose for which it is intended for.
