Backup Issue - Data Folder Missing In Backup Folder

I noticed that the size of my backups decreased dramatically. I looked in the folder for obvious differences from previous backups and previous backups have a data folder, current backups (tried three times) do not have a data folder.

Xsites is working normally otherwise.

Does anybody know why this is happening?

Have not heard of this before, make sure that you are running the latest update.
