Over the last couple of years I have developed the following site for our local amdram group. www.roadwaterplayers.org I have been uploading some photo image galleries, but find the pictures are larger than the normal main pane of the site and this wrecks the header/text alignment. Can someone suggest how I might rectify this? Is it possible to say that with todays modern widescreens I am running the site too 'narrow' anyway?

Please could someone give some instructions for how an amateur can put this right?

Ben

Why not just make your website wider? It looks to be 750px wide, which is narrow by 2012 web design convention (or even by 2008 sizes).
Increase the width to 1000px and then resize the images to be proportional to the increased screen real estate.
