Try downloading and installing either Firefox or Chrome. Both browsers are free and should display the Captcha.
Note that the XSitePro Support desk is closed on weekends.
Also, your problem may be caused by a Windows Resource Memory handles issue.

This usually (but not always) occurred when I had one or more Microsoft Office apps open. XSitePro's Design editor (Pinedit) shares some internals from Internet Explorer, which in turn uses some internals from Office.
I found that using a Windows memory flusher/cleaner takes care of the problem.
I use Cleanmem. It's the best memory utility that I have tried.

If you don't want to go through the trouble of of setting it up as a process just install a Cleanmem shortcut and rn it frequently.
Also, dump the cache in IE frequently, which is a good practice anyway.
