Hi everyone,

Can someone please help me? I have just bought XSitePro on 1st June. It's been a week now but I'm stuck and am unable to create a website as I cannot see anything under the Design Tab
which has the WYSISYG function which makes things way more convenient as I am bad at programming.

I am currently using Internet Explorer Version 9.0.8112
Operating System: Windows Vista 7 Home Premium, Version 6.1.7601
System type: x64-based PC
Processor Speed: 3.07 Ghz
RAM: 4GB

Is there a component in my computer's system which is incompatible with XSitePro?
Will be glad and appreciative of any suggestions!!!

Thank you!
edibee

Try reinstalling XSitePro.

Do you have the latest release, XSitePro version 2.5.46 ?

Here's the URL: Download XSitePro V.2.5.46

If reinstalling and updating doesn't work, contact the XSitePro Support desk: http://intellimon.helpserve.com/

Thanks CopyWolf!!

I'll try that and see if it works. I've tried submitting a ticket at intellimon.helpserve.com but my browser cant seem to display the CAPTCHA display. Any suggestions? :(

Try downloading and installing either Firefox or Chrome. Both browsers are free and should display the Captcha.
Note that the XSitePro Support desk is closed on weekends.

Also, your problem may be caused by a Windows Resource Memory handles issue.

There have been a number of threads on this. Here are three of them:

viewtopic.php?f=3&t=23834&p=98753&hilit=Design+Toolbar#p98753

I used to experience this problem, even with 4gb memory. This usually (but not always) occurred when I had one or more Microsoft Office apps open. XSitePro's Design editor (Pinedit) shares some internals from Internet Explorer, which in turn uses some internals from Office.

I found that using a Windows memory flusher/cleaner takes care of the problem.

I use Cleanmem. It's the best memory utility that I have tried. http://www.pcwintech.com/cleanmem Cleanmem is also free :)
If you don't want to go through the trouble of of setting it up as a process just install a Cleanmem shortcut and rn it frequently.
Also, dump the cache in IE frequently, which is a good practice anyway.

This topic http://www.xsitepro.com/messageboard/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=22641 may help, if you are having difficulty with Captcha's it may well be a Javascript problem.
