new to message board.
Using eUK Host in the UK. Pretty ok.
Had issues with server and so they moved my webiste to another server, Changed nameservers etc.
site is up and running.
but the very next time I went to publish changes, got an error at 'getting remote file list.
eUK Host said they can ftp no problem and it must be at my end.

any ideas? Desperate to make site changes :)

this is the last few lines of the log:
230 OK. Current restricted directory is /

Hi Roblyons

As the last line of the FTP log was '227 Entering Passive Mode' it may be an idea to switch this feature off and re-test.
You can find this option in the XSitePro > Publishing Details section.

Other suggestions include using the alternative FTP option
This is found in the Settings drop-down menu > 'Advanced' section.

While you are in this section you may want to try a higher time out value, for example 60 seconds.
