What I have at the moment is 2.530.4272.27983
I have a sneaky feeling that this is not the latest one.
The reason being is for several months now, every time I check for an update, it tells me that there are no update available.
So, here is what I did tonight:

1- Downloaded a fresh copy from XSite Pro site.
2- Did a full backup then un-installed XSite Pro
3- I went and checked c:\program files and found an XSitePro folder which I deleted. I have Windows 7 Pro 64 bit.
4- Ran the downloaded installation file as administrator.
5- The installation went through with out a problem.
6- Opened XSitePro and to my surprise, all my sites were there. I was expecting the fresh installation to have nothing and then I would import my sites.
7- Ran the AutoUpdater, again it tells me: no update available
8- Here is another weird thing, the AutoUpdater screen is showing as if there are 2 installations of XSitePro. See below:

As you can see, XSitePro appears twice.
Do I have a phantom installation of XSitePro on my machine.
Would appreciate any help.
Thanks.

The latest version of XSite Pro is 2.5.46.

Thanks for the link, really appreciate it.
Any idea why the AutoUpdate is showing 2 installations of XSitePro?

OK, so I tried running the file after downloading.
It immediately give me a message that says:

The application being installed is currently running.
Please close all running instances and press OK.

Under that, there is a smaller message that says:

Astrum installed is initializing ..... Please wait.

So I make sure that XSite Pro is not running and click ok with no use.
I reboot my computer and try running the upgrade again with the same error message.

Seems I'm not getting anywhere.

Update:

It seems that I was getting the above message because I had the folder that contained the upgrade file open.
I've never come across this one before.
Live and learn.

Hi Khaldoun,

I believe this is an issue with your system fonts. XSitePro requires ARIAL to be installed.
You may be able to find the Ariel TTF file on a different computer and copy it across.

If you have trouble installing the font, this link should help you:
