Hi Jim,

The background images used in XSitePro are just that, images.
This means that they cannot be changed from inside the application.

If you want to change then image colour, you need to edit the image in a full graphics application.
The free 'Gimp' application is popular for this:
www.gimp.org/downloads

The images themselves usually live here:
C:\Program Files\XSitePro2\ExampleMenuStyles\Backgrounds

Please make copies of the original files for any images you edit as you may want to revert back to the originals later.

Also, as the images are accessible the designers out there may want to create image packs that can be sold separately. :)

There are many subfolder in this area. Where are the images for the drop down menu colors?

As Ben said, Jim, the images are just that: IMAGES. You have to create new images with the colours you want and add them to the appropriate directory (C:\Program Files\XSitePro2\ExampleMenuStyles\Backgrounds).

If you mean the background colours for the SUB-menus, you can change those colours in the Menu Settings for the DHTML menu that you choose.

Andrea,

Thank-you for you advice. My issue is that when I create such an animal where do I save it so when I go to InfoBar>Menu Settings>Menu Background, the new image will show up in the drop down list of "Menu Background Image"?

C:\Program Files\XSitePro2\ExampleMenuStyles\Backgrounds. You then have to locate the right folder inside the Backgrounds folder that matches the DHTML menu you're working with.
