XSitePro Website Design Software Message Board

i just updated firefox -- and wanted to try to copy the design of the update page.
it's probably a wordpress site -- but if anyone wants to chime in, how do i make an xsp2 site similar to this (specifically, the stretch of the background to cover then entire screen).
