Is there any way that I can retrieve the log ins and passwords for my sites? I had a major crash and everything disappeared

The logins and passwords for your hosting accounts? That information would have been emailed to you from your hosting company at the time you purchased hosting. There's a great program called RoboForm that stores all your logins and passwords securely on your computer.

I have Roboform for my other passwords but it never picked up the XSP passwords
