I have made a great looking ad-banner 468x72 using XHeader Pro. However, I have no way to add a link to the banner in the program. Any help would be appreciated.

Do you mean you want to use the banner as your header or is it an advertising banner?

Save the image you made and then pull it into your page(s) from inside the designer (header, body, etc). Then use the editor's tools to create a link out of your new image.

- 468x72 is kind of an odd size. Usually 468x60 or 468x90. But no biggie I suppose.

- I recommend using target="_blank" if it links to an offsite webpage.
