More changes to resolve issues introduced by IE8 including anchors losing their names when switching between tabs.
Images in the dynamic menus are now preloaded to eliminate any initial delay in the mouse over effects.
The references to images in Pop-Ins have been altered so that they now appear correctly when previewed in Firefox and Chrome.
There has been a fix for the ftp process when using active mode to publish a site larger than 1mb which was causing the process to fail on some systems.
Hyphenated words in the page title are being now being reported correctly on the page analysis tab.
The default url for the successful purchase with a PayPal button has been updated.
If you have set up the parents of some web pages and somehow caused a loop, this now rectifies itself.

It is now possible to have multiple "Image Rotator" widgets on the same page with different image sets.
Issues introduced in 2.121 which caused a problem with home links if your home directory was entered as / have been fixed.
There is no longer an error generated when you are importing a website that contains PayPal buttons when you haven't already added a PayPal button to one of your own sites.

During import/export, the placeholders for widgets, adsense and other XSP elements are now updated in custom right panels. Previously, these were being missed.
Setting the nofollow tag in newly created links now holds.
You can now rename an anchor by right clicking on it and bringing up it's properties.

Creating a link at the very end of a panel no longer causes the link to be removed when switching tabs if there was a blank space at the start of the line.

When a page title is changed, the web pages list now continues to show the menu text if it has been overridden - Previously, the entry in the list would be incorrectly changed to the page title.
The option in the forms wizard (php) to have the sender changed to the email address of the person signing up is no longer lost when reloading the form.
Importing a site where siloing had been enabled but has now been disabled was causing exceptions. This has been resolved.
The project list in the multi site publishing is now correctly displayed in alphabetical order.
The Feeds Manager for the Syndication Links no longer reuses the internal id of a deleted feed. This was causing problems when a syndication was created with an id that had previously belonged to another site.
The context menu in the designer now shows the link properties option even when there are other tags within the link that were previously preventing the fact that it was a link from being detected.
The folders in the ClipArt library are now being shown in alphabetical order instead of the order in which they were created (99% of the time this was alphabetical)
PopUps that had long page titles or titles that contained non-alphanumeric characters were not always being displayed correctly. This has been resolved.
Pages where the title contained accented characters (é etc.) were creating pages with the same characters. These were causing problems on certain servers. There is now an option on the File Naming Settings (Other Tab, Web Site Settings) to change these characters into their non-accented versions.
