Hi Everyone,

Using Xsitepro 2.5

I have a table with text in one cell and a photo in the cell on the right.

The photo links to a separate LARGE photo on a new page. All is working well there and the new page comes up with the LARGE photo (i.e. when in preview in the browser of course).

I type text under the LARGE photo, "back to previous page".

I go back to the text in the table, place the cursor there, and insert an anchor named "image_221". A little anchor box appears where I placed the cursor.

I go to the text "back to previous page" under the LARGE photo, select it, click on create link. I select "other" and the box pops up where I can enter into the url box. Here I enter: #image_221

I try preview but the link to the anchor will not work, the little hand with pointing forefinger is not even there. Have I done something wrong or is the application buggy and should I try re-installing.

if you do anchors with different pages, you need to include the page name also in the link -

pagename.html#image_221

Thanks very much Jason.

I can breathe a sigh of releif now.

I'm very surprised that little bit of info is not in the manuals. Not very obvious for beginners like myself.

OK, that worked, thanks again.

BUT (why does there always have to be a BUT), I'm now trying to have a second link (one at the top of the LARGE photo and one at the bottom) to the same anchor and it just won't work.

Can I only have 1 link per anchor, i.e. do I need to create a second anchor next to my first one, then the 2nd link points to that one.

Or is something not right here and should I be able to have multiple links all pointing to the same anchor.

Cheers.
