When selling ebooks with XSitepor, once that you have set up a success page for paypal payments, how do you access it yourself so that you can put the download buttons onto it?

In this case, the success page has to be a page in your XSitePro Web site, not the default PayPal success page. When you're creating a button in PayPal, the Advanced section gives you the option of adding the URL to your own success/download page.

When setting up the paypal button I created a new page for the success page. However the new page does not see to come up on the menu of pages. The menu of pages is still the same as before: Home, site-map, products, news, policy etc.

You actually added a new page in XSitePro? You don't want it to show up on the navigation bar (!), but it should definitely show up on the list of pages.
