Hi all:

Just purchased XHeaderPro. Done a quick look through it for heades I could use in my business. Found maybe 8-10 that would work in sub business but nothing that looks really good in the main business I have. Guess I need to go a different direction and change my web sites.
Was really hopeing to find something in Automotive/Repair etc. I have a new site I'm building and needed a really good header. Guess I should have invested in a person that makes headers and got one just for my site. Oh well only have 4990 headers I don't need. Maybe some day I can use it.
Looks really good for a lot of different business other than mine.

Jack

Jack,
I'm the same. Watched the demo video, spotted a header which would be PERFECT for my business, bought the program and guess what.. The header wasn't included. indeed, even the CATEGORY wasn't included,

So, there's maybe two or three I MIGHT be able to use but other than that it looks like a wasted £30 :(

I've emailed support and am currently waiting a reply..

Barry.

Hi,

There are plenty of designers up here that can custom design a header for you, sometimes that's the best way to do it.

Hi again:

Glad I'm not completely alone on the XHeaderPro. Don't get me wrong the product is probably good for most everyone but there just isn't anything much in it for me. I won't request a refund as there are a few I could use if I expand my sites. Was also wondering, there was mention of banners, are there banners here or just Headers??
I don't know if I contacted you or not on custom header, I did someone but was a little high for what I was wanting.

Thanks
Jack

Jack,

Banners/Headers are the same thing, you can use them for either depending on how you define a banner, or a header.

No, you've not contacted me. You can through my website. Headers are $97 (at the moment), you can see prices at:

Do let me know if there are any header topics you'd like us to cover in more detail as I'd really love to help!

Even with 5,000 it is hard to make sure we've covered every topic in enough depth.

We're busy putting a bonus pack together that will be going to all XHeader users that fills any gaps so do send in your suggestions. The best place to do that at the moment is by submitting a ticket into the ticket system, but I'll see about getting a survey form put together where you can enter suggestions.

Looking forward to seeing what you come up with :D

I just tried to update from inside XheaderPro. I get an error that the xheader xml file
is not available from the site. The other updates worked...ie xsite pro

Wonder if that is part of the server crash?
