Please can one of the moderators help me ?

I can't remember which of our many emails I used to buy the XSP, so can't login to the helpserve URL

I have had the prog for 10 days or so and find it fantastic, having already produced 20 or so sites with over 1,000 pages in total.

My computer is virtually zapped and I need to format, but am worried that I may not be able to downlaod again
