Advanced Page Settings

To avoid over-facing you with every possible setting for your Web pages in one single screen, XSitePro helpfully tucks away some of the lesser-used features in a standalone “Advanced Page Settings” module.

You can launch this module from the Page Settings tab, by clicking the button_advanced_page_settings button at the bottom of the Page Settings screen, as shown below:

On clicking the button_advanced_page_settings button the advanced settings, for this particular page, will be loaded as shown here:

This screen contains six separate groups of settings, divided over six separate tabbed sections. These tabs (along the top of the advanced settings window) can be clicked to load a specific group of advanced page settings, making it very easy navigate, and change settings as required.

The settings within these tabs give you control over how this particular page appears/functions within the context of the overall Web site.

The six different tabbed sections within the advanced settings window are:

1.Page Layout
2.Right Panel
3.Scheduling
4.Scripts
5.Events
6.Robots

In the sections that follow we’ll take a look at how each of these groups of settings affect our Web page.
