Article Underground

Question: "I had a look at the videos on making money with Adsense using the articles (400 of them). From what I could see none of the 400 articles are themed based. Isn't niche based themes where it's at on the net?"

This is an excellent question and it's one that Article Underground addresses in a very sensible way.

For most people, the most time consuming part of creating web sites is the time spent creating quality content.

The Article Underground site can be a huge help in assisting you with this by providing you with literally hundreds of thousands of words month-after-month (amongst many other benefits).

If your business model revolves around a single site then Article Underground isn't really going to be much use to you, but if your plan is to create an ever-expanding empire of sites focussing on a wide variety of niches then this is something you really should consider.

The really great thing about Article Underground is that it doesn't just provide you with several dozen articles all on a specific niche and then leave you to publish those articles as you see fit.

The problem with that approach is that you end up with hundreds of sites that have exactly the same content.

Here's how Article Underground works ...

Each month you get access to several hundred articles covering a wide variety of topics. You can use as many or as few of those articles as you want and you can group them into whatever categories you choose.

The wonderful thing is that everyone sees the list of articles differently (i.e. from their own personal viewpoint) and so each member puts the articles together in a different way. For example, Member #1 might take articles 1, 9, 24, 87, 99, 101, 117, 157, 222 and 230 and create a site called "Gadget Heaven" whereas Member #2 might pick 1, 9, 22, 56, 99, 101, 102 and 103 and create a site called "TV and Video Choice". As you can see there is an overlap in the articles chosen, but the sites will not be anywhere near identical.

But it gets even better still ...

All of the articles are in plain text and don't come with suggested headlines or sub-headings which means that by the time Member #1 and Member #2 have added their chosen articles to their sites and come up with appropriate headlines, accompanying images, etc, the two sites will have hardly anything in common.

What this means is that when you use content from Article Underground you are ending up with your own quality content that is quite different to what other members are using.

Here's an example of what I mean ...

Below is the text taken from a recent Article Underground article about babies hands:

Discover some of the things you can do keep the memories of your babies hands and feet fresh in your mind not just for today, but for years to come.

Nothing warms your heart like the vision of baby hands and feet. These features are icons of innocence and purity found only in an infant. One of the things parents miss most about their little bundles of joy is the tiny baby hands. They are strongly tied to very emotional memories of holding the little one and feeling the precious fingers encircle a finger of the person holding the infant. Before you know it, the little one has grown and the baby hands are no more.

Baby feet are precious as well. They are a point of fascination for many adults. I can't count how many times relatives and friends asked to see my newborn's little toes. I guess that they represent the infant's perfection from head to toe. Anyway, the tiny feet are objects of admiration for many adults as well.

Now you can preserve the baby hands and feet in a couple of ways. Of course, you will always have those wonderful ink prints of your baby's feet from the hospital but you can also preserve the little icons in three-dimensional ways as well. There are a few companies that offer services that will meet your memory-inspiring needs.

One company offers to create a plaque out of your baby's hand prints or foot prints. These wonderful keepsakes are great mementos of when your child was just an infant. The plaque can be mounted on a wooden frame accompanied by a personalized nameplate. The nameplate displays the age and name of the child.

Some parents display the keepsake on a stand while others hang them on the wall. They are not packed away in the corner of the attic. These baby hands and feet will always stay in sight. For this reason, many families are choosing to make the keepsake a gift for new parents.

You can opt for a standard sized plaque to display the imprints of your baby hands or you can choose a larger plaque for more complex displays. The larger plaques can be used for baby hands and feet. The parents can include older siblings in the plaque. One of the most beautiful arrangements includes a parent's and baby's handprints together.

Another option is having the baby hands or feet put into three-dimensional designs. The feet or hands are placed in a fast-setting jelly for a couple of seconds. The artists take the mold and create casts that are identical to your little one's hands or feet in bronze, glass, silver or even gold.

Click here to see this raw text after a little tinkering.

In just five minutes I took the raw text provided by Article Underground, added a headline, a couple of subheadings, and an introductory paragraph and slightly reworded a few of the paragraphs. I also added a couple of pictures and hey presto I've got my own page of quality content and it took me less than five minutes to do everything. All I need to do is repeat that twelve times (12 x 5 minutes = 1 hour) and I've got the makings of a nice little site consisting of genuine quality content that isn't going to be appearing all over the Internet.

So, for just one hour of effort I can have a site that has the potential to earn me AdSense and affiliate revenues for years to come.

But I wouldn't stop at that ...

Over the coming months I'd keep adding new articles from Article Underground and watch as the site went from just a dozen pages to several hundred pages and my revenues went from a few cents a week to several hundred dollars a month or several thousand dollars a month if I put sufficient effort in.

And whilst I was building up this site I'd be taking other articles from Article Underground and creating yet more quality sites.

It's easy to see how creating a dozen or more of these sites will start to earn a trickle of money and a hundred or more would start to generate quite a substantial income.

Using a service such as Article Underground in conjunction with software such as XSitePro really does make this a business model that is easy to put into practice. Of course, there are no guarantees, and a lot will depend on what niches you choose, how you place your AdSense ads, what affiliate schemes you promote, etc, but with Article Underground and XSitePro you really do have a solid foundation on which to build.
